Vince Scheivert has served in the Public Sector for more than 20 years, mostly as a Chief Information/Technology Officer. During that time, Vince has lead multiple organizations through innovative digital transformations. Most recently, Vince served as the Assistant Superintendent of Digital Innovation in Loudoun County Public Schools, one of Virginia’s largest school systems. Under Vince’s leadership, LCPS migrated all critical infrastructure to the AWS Cloud, established a Data Science practice, constructed more than 100 miles of dark fiber, and rolled out Chromebooks to more than 85,000 students. Today, Vince brings that same innovation mindset to Telos where he serves as the Vice President of Technical Sales for the State, Local, and Education market. Telos is a leading provider of cyber, cloud, and enterprise security solutions for the world’s most security-conscious organizations. Vince holds a bachelor’s degree from Temple University and a Master’s degree.

Antoinette King, PSP has 21 years of experience in the security industry holding roles including Engineered Systems Specialist, Operations Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Key Account Manager. Antoinette founded Credo Cyber Consulting in 2020 with the goal of providing her clients a holistic perspective on security, bridging the gap between the physical and cybersecurity domains focusing on data privacy and protection.

IT Director of Security @George Mason University

Curtis has been the Director of IT Security at Mason since 2008. His responsibilities include ensuring the daily protection of Mason’s enterprise by developing secure business processes, monitoring cyber threats, and responding to cyber security incidents. He has held a number of positions in Mason’s central IT division including Senior Technology Advisor and Director of the Server Support group. He and his team have implemented and manage Mason’s cyber security systems. Operationally, his team is responsible for analysis, monitoring, incident response, forensics and security engineering. Having been with the University since 1998, he has led or acted as a primary team member in the growth and maturity of core IT services at Mason. He’s led Mason’s IT compliance efforts including, PCI-DSS and NIST 800-171 CUI and other regulatory compliance programs. More recently he and his team developed and implemented Mason’s tailored NIST 800-53 based cyber security policy and standard.
